Dr. Morganstein graduated from Palmer Chiropractic in 2001. Prior to studying at Chiropractic School, he attended California State University at Northridge where he received a degree in Exercise Science. He has been practicing in San Leandro for 15 years and in Walnut Creek for 10 years. In his spare time he enjoys running, working out, and teaching classes on exercise and injury prevention.
Ahmed Saleh began his journey as a Chiropractor after exhausting other options to help him with shoulder and back pain. Astounded by the improvements he noticed under Chiropractic care, he decided to become a Chiropractor after 6 years of professional experience to help others.
From there, he went to Life Chiropractic College West, California where he obtained a doctorate of chiropractic degree and achieved the highest honors, Gold Clinical honors. While in Chiropractic college, he attended numerous seminars to advance his skills and knowledge to help patients who were having difficulty healing.
Ahmed continually does published research to advance his skills. He is committed and focused to helping patients improve their health. He is currently involved in an outreach program designed to teach parents and children in the San Leandro area about life long spinal health and proper musculoskeletal development.

Mariela has been practicing massage therapy for 15 years. She has worked in the spa industry for 5 years and has been working with Dr. Jason at Spine and Sportcare Associates since 2007. Massage modalities she specializes in are: Swedish massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofacial Release, and Prenatal Massage.
Diana graduated from UC Berkeley with a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology and is an aspiring doctor. She’s passionate about health education, healing, holistic medicine and working with diverse, Spanish- speaking and/or vulnerable communities. Diana loves coffee, spicy food, performing in children puppet shows and playing violin. On her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, cooking, community service, exercising, dancing, and being outdoors.
Gabriella is the Office Manager at Spine & Sportcare, where she ensures the office operations run efficiently. She joined the office in 2012, and currently manages insurance claims, remittances, and monthly billing. Formerly, Gabriella worked in the field of Medical and Scientific Research & Development for 35 years. Her education focused on a Bachelors of Science. Gabriella enjoys her free time with her family, including three grandchildren. She also enjoys spending time traveling with her husband.
